The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Phulwari P.S. case No. 660 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Section 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that she approached Ashwini Jee, the proprietor of Ashwani group of companies, for purchasing a piece of land. Ashwani Jee took Rs. 3, 51,000/- and called her to get the land registered. The informant went to registry office where Ashwani Jee had come along with Yogendra Sharma, the petitioner, and his father, Ram Laddu Sharma. The informant got the sale deed in her favour executed by Ram Laddu Sharma. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Ram Laddu Sharma executed the sale deed in favour of informant
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39559 of 2018 (2) dt.09-07-2018 2/2 and petitioner is identifier of Ram Laddu Sharma. Taking into consideration the fact that petitioner is identifier of the executant of sale deed, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ved Prakash Modi, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XV, Patna in connection with Phulwari P.S. case No. 660 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
