The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tajpur (Wainy) P.S. Case no. 275 of 2016, registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the marriage of the niece of informant was performed in the year 2005 with one Santosh Jha, but she was being tortured for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and lastly she was driven out from her matrimonial house. Thereafter, in a Panchayati, Santosh Jha admitted his guilt and taken back her wife after assuring before the Panchyat to keep her properly, but on 25.08.2016, in the day, the informant received information about killing of her niece and her dead body disposed of with the help of his associate namely Rajan Thakur and Rudal Thakur (Petitioners).

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2298 of 2017 (2) dt.04-02-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are co-villagers and they have falsely been implicated in this case with false allegation of helping the husband of the deceased in disposing of the dead body.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No.275 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
