ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 14-11-2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the Managing Director, BIADA by way of a representation.
2. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Managing Director by way of a representation within a period of two weeks. If such a representation if filed by the petitioner, the Managing Director will hear the matter and disposed of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.7300 of 2024(7) dt.14-11-2024 2/2 same expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.
