Mrs.Anita Kumari Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER 05-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner has prayed for grant of bail in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S.Case No.105 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 25 (1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

As per the allegation in the F.I.R., petitioner is alleged to have been caught with ten live cartridges of .315 bore. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he is in custody since 22.10.2018.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner stating that the petitioner is an accused in five cases, most of which are under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28113 of 2019(3) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties, taking into account the criminal antecedent of the petitioner I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present. The application for bail stands rejected.

However, if so advised, he may renew his prayer for bail after completing one year in custody.
