2. This writ application has been filed for directing the respondents to transfer the petitioners after giving promotion on the post of Pradhanadhyapika/Pradhanadhyapak in the light of Letter vide Memo No. 7 पप0 शश0 3/2023-1548, dated 05.09.2023.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition granting liberty to the petitioners to file fresh representation before the District Education Officer Nalanda (Respondent No. 5) with all the supporting documents within a period of four weeks from today.

4. If such, representation is filed by the petitioners within the stipulated time period, Respondent No. 5 shall dispose of the same, after hearing the parties, by a speaking and reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

5. Writ application stands withdrawn with the aforesaid observations.
