The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 363, 366 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The wife of the informant is said to have eloped with his lover, namely, Suraj Prasad Gupta along with Rs. 1 lakh accorded to his wife by the informant and petitioners, who happen to be mother and brother of his wife, allegedly facilitated in her eloping.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that no

The petitioner are quite innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case because they happen to be mother and brother respectively of the wife of the informant on suspicion. They have played no role in the occurrence. They have no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 471 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
