2. This writ application has been filed for directing the respondents to give due salary of the petitioner for the period of July 1982 to July 2005, January 2006 to May 2010 as per claim statement sent to the University by the Principal of the College along with interest and to give pensionary benefit by giving two increments since the date of obtaining Ph.D. Degree and differences of pension as per new pay scale with interest along

Patna High Court CWJC No.7406 of 2024(2) dt.25-11-2024 2/2 with the due encashment amount.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks disposal of the writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the Registrar Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur P.S. and District Bhagalpur (Respondent No. 5) for redressal of his grievances.

4. In view of the limited prayer, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the Registrar Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur P.S. and District Bhagalpur (Respondent No. 5) with all the supporting documents and notifications within a period of six weeks from today.

5. If such, representation is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated time period, Respondent No. 5 shall dispose of the same, after hearing the parties, by a speaking and reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.

6. Writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
