2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 96 of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, informant alleged that on 08.12.2025, his minor daughter, aged about 14 years, went missing and on search and upon seeing the C.C.T.V. footage, it was found that she went with this petitioner. It is alleged that this petitioner abducted minor daughter of informant. During investigation, the victim was recovered and in her statement recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S. she has supported

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, specific and direct nature of accusation, gravity of offence and statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S., the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
