JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 25-07-2017 In the matter of constitution of a regular Managing Committee to manage the school in question, the learned Writ Court on 14.09.2015 has issued the following directions. "The writ application stands disposed of now with a direction upon the Chairman of Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board that the life of the Ad hoc Committee constituted on 23.01.2014 is now over. Steps have to be taken now for the constitution of regular Managing Committee. This must be done within a reasonable time frame.

We find no further direction called for in the facts and circumstances of the case. The appellant may initiate contempt action against the concerned officer for violating the order passed by the Writ Court on 14.09.2015 in C.W.J.C. No. 2954 of 2014. Apart from the aforesaid finding, no indulgence into the matter is called for.

With the aforesaid, the appeal stands disposed of.
