JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Kurtha Police Station Case No. 20 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner happens to be Panchayat Teacher in New Primary School, Lalachak, Nidhrwa Panchayat, Kurtha, Arwal has been appointed on the aforesaid post after due verification of her academic records, which is at

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53303 of 2017 (3) dt.14-12-2017 annexure- 2, 3 and 4, by the concerned authority. Therefore, no question arises with respect to identification of this petitioner. Hence, the petitioner, who is a lady, deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Arwal, in connection with Kurtha Police Station Case No. 20 of 2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
