Mr.Manish Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This criminal writ petition has been filed for proper investigation in Lakhisarai Police Station Case No. 671 of 2019 dated 3.9.2019 and to apprehend the accused persons ( respondent nos. 7 to 9) of the case.

Referring to supplementary counter affidavit as well as reports of the SP, Lakhisarai dated 14.1.2023 & 27.2.2023, learned counsel for the State submits that for ensuring arresting

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.607 of 2022(6) dt.28-02-2023 2/2 of the accused persons, execution of section 82 Cr.P.C. has been done on 16.3.2022, whereas order for attachment of property under section 83 of the Cr.P.C. has also been prayed on 28.11.2022 before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court. Property details of the accused persons have also been received by the Circle Officer vide letter dated 25.2.2023. More so, the Superintendent of Police has also constituted SIT for arresting of the accused persons.

In view of the aforesaid development, this criminal writ petition stands disposed of.
