After going through the order impugned in consonance with the allegation, the order impugned needs no interference as the plea raised on behalf of petitioner that being police official, he was entrusted with an investigation, and during course thereof, he had seized the motorcycle that means to say, whatever exercise he had, in due discharge of public duty, is not at all substantiated.

Accordingly, instant petition is rejected.
