JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 24-05-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that since the impugned order has been passed by the learned Additional District Judge-I, Jamui, SC/ST Court, the same should have been challenged in a Criminal Appeal (SJ), but inadvertently the present criminal miscellaneous application has been filed. Therefore, he seeks permission to convert the nomenclature of present case.

In view of the submission, learned counsel for petitioner is permitted to convert the present application into a Cr. Appeal (SJ) within a period of two weeks after vacation. Office is directed to carry out necessary procedures in this regard in accordance with the law.
