2 We find no reason to interfere. The Writ Court has refused to entertain the writ petition on grounds of laches. The petitioner/appellant filed the writ petition five years after his superannuation challenging and seeking shifting of his date of promotion, which was granted to him, from 1980 to 1975. The challenge was about 30 years thereafter.

Patna High Court LPA No.1352 of 2012 dt.27-03-2015 3 We are not inclined to interfere for the reasons aforesaid. This appeal is dismissed.
