The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.1517C/2012 registered under Sections 420, 323, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is son of Sachchidanand Singh, who is said to have entered into an agreement to sale a piece of land in favour of the complainant after receiving Rs. 1,28,000/-. The complainant alleged only that the money was paid to Sachchidanand Singh in presence of his son Mukesh Kumar but the complainant did not make any allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner ever

Taking into consideration the aforesaid fact, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XIII, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No.1517C/2012, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
