The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., some unknown miscreants looted cash and mobile phone of the informant.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired during course of the investigation. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.28083 of 2022(3) dt.21-11-2022 2/2 well as clean antecedent of petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Camp Court, Benipur, Darbhanga / concerned court in connection with Bahera P.S.
