2. Learned counsel for the informant informs this Court that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and prosecution evidence has been closed and the previous application of the petitioner for regular bail has been already rejected by this Court on merit. So, it is better for the Court to wait for the result of the trial.

3. However, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there must be time frame for conclusion of the trial, so that the petitioner could not remain in custody unnecessarily.

4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed directing learned Trial Court to conclude the trial in one month without fail. However, If the accused adduces evidence in his defence, the time taken by the defence to conclude the evidence is excluded from the time of one month.
