The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Phuwaria P.S.Case no.20 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 504, 506, 307, 379, 448/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per FIR is of assault to the informant by Khanti.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the informant is the uncle of the petitioner and the dispute arose with respect to installation of the hand-pump and now both the parties have compromised the case, which will appear from Annexure-2 and there is also injury on the person of the informant.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.26507 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Phulwaria P.S.case No.20 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
