The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Budhuchak P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that only on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused, petitioner has been made accused. On perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner rather recovery has been made from the Bari, which does not belong to the petitioner.
