The petitioner seeks bail in Bathnaha P.S. Case No.21 of 2020 registered under Sections 399, 401, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleged that after having received information that some criminals had assembled and they were planning to commit cognizable offence, raided the place situated near the Yogvana Petrol Pump and petitioner was apprehended. From the possession of the petitioner, one loaded country made pistol was recovered. Other persons namely, Vipin Kumar, Randhir Kumar and Mintu Kumar were managed to flee away. Taking into consideration the fact that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and for the recovery of one loaded pistol petitioner has remained in jail for about eight months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No.21 of 2020.
