Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No.113 of 2020 dated 07.06.2020, registered for the offence punishable u/s 302, 34 of the IPC, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Siwan.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the
