The petitioner has moved before this Court for the following reliefs:- "That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ/ order/direction commanding the state of Bihar and its respondent authorities to make payment of amount Rs. 4,00,000/- (Rs. Four Lacs) only Ex-gratia grant to the petitioner on account of death of his wife namely Ranjana Devi during service period as Anganwari Sevika, under Social Welfare Department, Sakara in the light of Resolution No. 666 (eq0) dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.8766 of 2019(2) dt.11-09-2023 2/2 22.08.2015 issued by the Social Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, Patna."

3. From the record, it is not clear whether the petitioner actually represented before the concerned authority for the claim put forward by him or not.

4. In the background, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move before the appropriate authority/respondent within a period of four weeks from today along with documents.

5. In case, such representation is filed, the respondents are duty bound to pass an order and take the matter to its logical conclusion within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. The writ petition stand disposed of.
