JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2022 The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions directing the respondent authorities particularly the Respondant No. 3 to hold an enquiry and remove all the encroachment from the public land situated at Ward No. 47, Mohalla Head Manpur Pandit Tola, Police StationBuniyadgang. 771, 779, 780, 785, 765 and 766 as the same has been encroached by the land mafias and

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Circle Officer, Manpur, Gaya for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Manpur, Gaya by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
