In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 46 of 2016 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 504, 506, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made to have caused injury by Tangi. The nature of allegation reflects the manner the victim has been assaulted.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, the court below
