JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. This modification application has been filed seeking necessary modification in paragraph-2 and the last paragraph of the order dated 13.11.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 38555 of 2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to inadvertence caused by him in 1st paragraph and prayer portion of the original bail petition, the P.S. case No. has wrongly been mentioned as Kessariya P.S.Case No. 214 of 2017 whereas it should have been Kesariya P.S. Case No. 214 of 2016. Accordingly, such mistake has occurred in the order dated 13.11.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 3855 of 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in 1st paragraph and prayer portion of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59217 of 2017 (2) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 the original bail petition during course of the day. Accordingly, the order dated 13.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 38555 of 2017 is modified to the extent that in place of Kesariya P.S. Case No. 214 of 2017, let it be read as Kesariya P.S.Case No. 214 of 2016.

Further six weeks' time is granted to the Petitioner from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order to surrender before learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Motihari, East Champaran, at Motihari, in terms of the order dated 13.11.2017 passed by this Court in Cr.
