2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 480 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, unknown accused persons broke the almirah in the house of the informant and took away jewellery and cash worth Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 50,000/-.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 12.10.2023.

6. A supplementary affidavit has been filed by learned counsel for the petitioner stating therein that in the event of petitioner being released on bail, he will stay outside Bihar.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner as well as the averments made in the supplementary affidavit, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- IV, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 480 of 2023, subject to the condition that he shall appear in the trial regularly either virtually or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial.

10. The petitioner, after grant of bail, will stay at the following address :- C/O- Amarjeet Nandal Mohalla- Ashtal Bohar Garhi, Delhi Road P.S.- IMT Thana Rohtak Dist:- Rohtak State:- Haryana Pin Code:- 124001

11. The petitioner will mark his attendance at the IMT Rohtak Police Station, District- Rohtak, Haryana on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police

12. The petitioner will visit Bihar only on the date fixed in the trial as well as in other cases in which he is an accused and is required to visit the trial Court in Bihar. Before leaving Haryana, the petitioner will inform the local police station about the case and the date and the period for which he is going to stay in Bihar to attend the cases.

13. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Rohtak, Haryana through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
