JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-09-2025 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 8.9.2022, passed in CWJC No. 10019 of 2022, the Chief Secretary, Bihar has passed a reasoned order dated 2.5.2023, wherein substantial compliance has been shown with regard to the grievances of the petitioner.

Nonetheless, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be granted liberty to agitate his subsisting
