The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil (Begusarai) P.S. Case No. 683 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more of less similar allegations has already been granted anticipatory bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 35492 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 36036

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26023 of 2019(3) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 of 2019 and this petitioner is languishing in judicial custody 07.02.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil (Begusarai) P.S.
