2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354A, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner is said to have caught hold of the hand of the daughter of the informant and when she protested it, he started to assault her.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. He submits that the injury found upon the victim is simple in nature. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33151 of 2024(2) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 and he is languishing in judicial custody since 26.01.2024.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with S.T. No. 166 of 2024 arising out of Simultalla P.S. Case No. 13 of 2023. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) devendra/- U T
