The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.176 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 325, 326, 307, 448, 427, 354, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submissions that there is case and counter case and though twenty persons have been named in the FIR, only the informant sustained some superficial injuries, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58725 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.176 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
