JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 01-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned counsel for the respondent/informant and the State. Learned counsel for the informant submits that Section 14(A) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 provided further that no appeal shall be entertained after the expiry of the period of one hundred and eighty days. It is admitted fact that the appeal is filed after 180 days, therefore, the appeal is not maintainable.

Learned counsel for the appellants seeks to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to assail the order of the court
