2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 644 of 2023 arising out of Chakai P.S. Case No. 139 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Two persons have been killed. The petitioner has participated in the killing of the deceased. The petitioner is in jail since 26.04.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
