Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 388 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 365, 417, 379, 376 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that prior to this case for similar allegations the husband of the complainant had earlier filed a case against the petitioner as annexed in Annexure-2. No.29023 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-XVI, Gopalganj in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 388 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
