Counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of this writ application, substantially the State has accepted the plea of the petitioners and has issued notification dated 19.06.015 whereby the financial benefit has been extended under ACP Scheme leaving a marginal difference. As the claim of the petitioners is with effect from 09.08.1999 whereas the benefit has been extended with effect from 20.12.2000. Except part of the said difference, all the grievances of the petitioners have been redressed. In such view of the matter, the petitioners does not want to press this writ application.

However, the petitioners are apprehensive that this order of Finance Department may not extend the benefit to all the members. This Court is of the view the apprehension is misplaced

Patna High Court CWJC No.3218 of 2013 (5) dt.06-01-2016 2/2 as when the order covers all the departments, it goes without saying that it will apply to all the employees. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
