JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2 23-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 384 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
There is specific allegation against the petitioner of causing fire arm injury. It is mentioned in paragraph 32 of the case diary that the nature of the injury is grievous, caused by fire arm, which is mentioned in the impugned order as well. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below and pray for regular bail.
