JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-06-2017 It is fairly stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of the present application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'CrPC) seeking quashing of the FIR of Kawakole (Rupou) P.S. Case No.52 of 2014, the investigation has been completed and a police report under Section 173(2) of the CrPC has already been submitted pursuant to which the learned Magistrate has already taken cognizance of the offence.
In that view of the matter, he submits that the application

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as infructuous.
