2. This is yet another writ application in which the petitioner has moved this Court for a direction to the respondent University to issue original certificate/degree of B.A. (Geography Hons.) for the academic session 2016-19 of Veer Kunwar Singh University.

3. The petitioner has passed the graduation in Geography Hons. in the year May, 2019 from Jagjivan College, Dehri-on-sone affiliated with Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara, Bhojpur. The petitioner has been granted provisional certificate under the signature of the Controller of Examination in which he has been declared successful/pass in first class. It is stated that the petitioner has got a job and has recently joined as Junior Geographical Assistant in National Atlas & Thematic Mapping Organization and requires his original Marksheet and Degree for purpose of verification.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in several cases which were similarly situated, this Court has directed the University to issue original certificates to the students who have passed their graduation and have been provided with the provisional certificates by the University. Copy of the orders passed in CWJC No.8065 of 2023, CWJC No.18035 of 2022 and CWJC No. 9754 of 2023 have been placed before this Court.

5. Dr. Anand Kumar, learned counsel for the University and learned counsel for the State both do not dispute from the records that the case of the petitioner would be covered by the judgments of this Court rendered in the aforementioned

6. In the given facts, this Court is disposing of the present writ application in terms of the judgment of this Court in CWJC No.8065 of 2023 (Bintesh Kumar Rai Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.). Mandamus is issued accordingly. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) arvind/- U
