The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Magadh Medical P.S. Case No.92 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a), (d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police raided the house of the petitioner and other accused persons but the petitioner was not found in his house. There is nothing to show that the petitioner had kept liquor in his house. Only 2 litres of liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner, but it appears that the police raided the house of the petitioner and recovered 2 litres of liquor and some fermented mahua flower meant for preparing liquor. The case is of the year 2017.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28176 of 2020(2) dt.03-12-2020 2/2 Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
