2. Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 04.04.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No.62261 of 2021.

3. The trial court report reveals that after framing of charge on 01.07.2022, till date no witness has been examined on behalf of prosecution. Petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2021.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge - III, Madhubani in connection with S.T.No.
