By way of the present application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR of Jehanabad P.S. Case No.302 of 2015 registered under Sections 467, 468, 469, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Since the case is still under investigation and the allegations made in the FIR do attract ingredients of cognizable offence, I am not inclined to entertain the present application for quashing of the FIR.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
