This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 323, 342, 385, 498A and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband. The allegation is under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is ready for restitution of conjugal life. The wife, opposite party no. 2, has appeared and she is also ready for restitution of conjugal life. In the circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhojpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 52 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
