The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Arwal P.S.Case No.199 of 2017 registered under Sections 188, 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 341, 342, 337, 427, 307, 353, 452, 379, 153(A), 504, 506 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he has been implicated in this case as he happens to be only a member of the mob in this case.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57394 of 2017 (2) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Arwal, in Arwal P.S.Case No.199 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
