2. The present appeal has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for setting aside the judgment dated 17.08.2021 passed in Claim Case No.02/2017 passed by Shri Kumud Ranjan Singh, District and Sessions Judge-cum-Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Khagaria whereby and whereunder the learned Tribunal has directed this appellant to

Patna High Court MA No.206 of 2022(3) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 pay Rs. 29,12,448/- with 6% rate of interest per annum from the date of the filing of the case alongwith Rs.15,000/- as loss of estate, Rs.15,000/- as funeral expenses and Rs.40,000/- as loss of consortium with liberty to realize the compensation amount with condition if insurance company find any defect in documents with regard to the vehicle as per the policy condition from the Opposite party/Respondent, owner of the offending vehicle."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.

4. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.

5. The statutory amount if any, has to be returned to the concerned company.
