The petitioners are in custody since 12.03.2022 in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No.94 of 2022 registered for offences under Sections 30(a) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. There is recovery of 2112.84 litres of foreign liquor from the truck.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have clean antecedent and they are in custody since 12.03.2022, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30874 of 2022(2) dt.20-08-2022 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. II-cum- Special Excise Judge, Court No.1, Gopalganj in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No.94 of 2022.

The petitioners will visit Phulwariya Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners.
