The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No. 103 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 and 30 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence.
