JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 09-09-2024 On the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court vide order dated 09.08.2024, granted four weeks time to remove the defects, as pointed out by the Registry.

2. This case has been listed today with an office note that the defects, as pointed out by the Registry, have not been removed as yet.

3. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner was offered to remove the defects, as pointed out by the Registry, during course of the day, but learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it is impossible for him to remove the defects during course of the day and he prays for one week time to remove the defects as pointed out by the Registry.

4. Since, despite grant of four weeks time to the learned counsel for the petitioners on 09.08.2024 to remove the
