The petitioner has moved the Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for the following relief: " That this is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the F.I.R. contained in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 176/2014 instituted under Section 135 of Electricity Act against the petitioner."

3. However, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to raise all points available to him, including those raised in the present application, before the Court below as well as the authorities concerned.

4. Learned A.P.P. does not oppose.

5. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

6. If the petitioner files any application before the Court below or the authority, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law, on its own merits without being prejudiced by the present order.
