JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2026 Though nobody has bothered to appear for the petitioner, however this Court finds from the order dated 13.08.2024, passed in CWJC No. 17203 of 2023 that mere liberty was granted to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Mohra Block, District-Gaya for expediting the proceedings of Encroachment Case No. 3 of 2021-22 and 5 of 2021-22. 2.

Nonetheless, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties, by referring to the show cause filed in the present case that most of the encroachment has stood removed and the remaining encroachment would also be removed within a period of four weeks from today, inasmuch as the same are

This Court deems it fit and proper to make District Magistrate, Gaya liable to remove the remaining encroachment within a period of four weeks from today.
