The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 106 of 2017 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 37904 of 2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
