Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondents to cancel the selection of respondent no.6 who was selected as Anganbari Sevika.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no.6 was selected on the basis of forged certificate. Learned counsel for the State submits that after selection, the certificates of all selected candidates is under discreet enquiry. In the event, it is found that the certificate of

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to verify the certificate of respondent no.6 and after discreet enquiry, if the certificate of the respondent no.6 is found forged and fabricated, appropriate action may be taken by the respondents in accordance with law including consideration of the case of persons next below to respondent no.6.
